Does Soulidago test products for Quality Assurance?
Yes! Each lot of our products are tested for content claims and potential contaminants (for example, microbial and heavy metals). Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for each product must pass our standards prior to being released for sale. We provide products you can rely on, so you feel comfortable, confident, and supported in your health journey.
Where are Soulidago's products made?
Soulidago's products are crafted, made, and packed with care in California in a GMP certified facility.
Are Soulidago products FDA approved?
The FDA regulates dietary supplements and dietary ingredients but does not approve dietary supplements. Soulidago follows the FDA’s "current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) regulations requiring that manufacturers evaluate their products through testing identity, purity, strength, and composition. Products are tested for potency of active ingredients, adulterants like heavy metals and microbes, allergens, rancidity and other unwanted contaminants.
Are there any artificial flavors, colors, or dyes in Soulidago products?
No. Our products are made from vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free ingredients.
Payment, Shipping and Returns
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, all credit cards are secured by Shopify.
Where do you ship?
We are currently only shipping within the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all subscriptions! For all other orders, shipping charges vary by location. Your shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
How quickly will I receive it?
Shipping times vary based on your location but generally take 3-4 days.
How do I track my package?
Tracking information is sent via email upon placing your order.
What should I do if I cannot locate a shipping or order confirmation?
If you do not receive this information, email us at hello@Soulidago.com and we will send it to you.
Can I return Soulidago products? What is the “No Regrets Guarantee”?
We want to empower you to try our products risk-free for 30 days! We trust that you will love our products but if you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your very first purchase. The refund will be issued for the amount you paid for the product to the form of payment used for the purchase. Note that shipping is non-refundable and refunds do not include the cost of shipping.

Will you adjust my price if I recently made a purchase and noticed you are now having a sale?
Unfortunately, we cannot make price adjustments retroactively, and we cannot honor a sale discount for any purchases made outside the sale period.
